Pilgrims on the road and friends along the way send me changes every day, and they go out the same day. The Camino Francés app carries all of it offline, and it's still being built — new features arrive routinely.
Get the appBendilló is a small village with two fountains — one at the entrance and another in front of the church. No other services. The village is still 1.5 km from the camino entrance to the church.
As you enter Bendilló, you'll see the community olive press and the Ermita das Farrapas. Turn right and go up through the village, then down steeply on a dirt track toward the N-120.
When you reach the highway, the arrows point you up a steep hill alongside the road. If you ignore that arrow and simply cross and walk along the highway, you'll enter Soldón at an earlier point. Following the arrows avoids highway walking — when you descend near Soldón, you can either backtrack left to find older arrows into town or follow newer arrows that continue along the road briefly before entering Soldón.

There is a lovely lady called Ana Alvarez in Bendillo who is opening her families house (Casa Martina) to Peregrinos this year over the summer. She has a big house with several bedrooms and washing facilities. She currently offers drinks (coke and beer), gazpacho, tortilla, salads, fruit salad. She talked about wanting to bake and offer cakes as well in the future.
She also shared with us that she offers breakfast (big breakfast with bread and eggs and bacon because Peregrinos need a lot of nutrition).
You can contact her on WhatsApp to double check if she is
here and can host you: +34-622260628
