Pilgrims on the road and friends along the way send me changes every day, and they go out the same day. The Camino Portugués app carries all of it offline, and it's still being built — new features arrive routinely.

What a wonderful place!

I stayed here 2 October 2026. Room was great with double bed and big bathroom. Had dinner downstairs in the restaurant. Way more than what one (hungry) pilgrim could eat! I had soup and "carne" which was a delicious stew of about 3 potatoes, carrots, and meat: pork, rabbit, beef.. served 500 ml of wine, olives and bread. Couldn't come close to finishing the meal. I couldn't even find room for dessert or coffee! Highly recommend this place. It's a great place to rest weary feet!

Great stop on the Camino!

The property is right on the Camino in the middle of town. The private room was very nice and well worth the cost. The dinner in the restaurant below was fabulouss (dinner at 7pm). The owners were extremely nice.

The only issue I had was the address shown on the app. It says ‘40’. There is no ‘40’ address. Just go into cafe/bar and ask for the owner.

Great place for the money!!!

We stayed in a private room with its own bathroom and it was a bargain for the money. We had dinner at the restaurant and were treated extremely well. The food was delicious and staff made sure we had enough to eat and drink. After a long walk and going long stretches without any proper food, this was a very much appreciated and delicious dinner. We left with a heart full of appreciation for the owner of this albergue.

Quite good for the price

Ask for the Albergue. With 15€ you can sleep in a tiny room (seems like a prison cell) with a bunk bed and a common bathroom. For 30€ you can have a private room. The host speaks english and german.
My friend and other pelegrinos who eat at the restaurant of the Adega told me the food was nothing special.

Carlos and his brother

Carlos and his brother treated us (an international group of 6 pilgrims) royally. Superb accommodations and excellent and generous meal.
