Nice and clean and organised. More functional that “vibey” but a good spot along the route with a restaurant next door to hang out with other pilgrims having beer and food!

A clean, modern gem for EUR13. Great setup for beds with shelf/socket/reading light. Pilgrims menu in the hotel next door. I managed to end up off the route and coming down the main road and missing it...to have to come back up the hill, don't do that 🤦♀️

Stayed there several nights ago and had a fine experience. As other folks have said, you check in at the hotel right next door and a friendly staff person gets you all set up. Restaurants and grocery stores are nearby, and the kitchen has everything you may need to cook a meal. The patio area out back was a treat since we finally had a mostly sunny afternoon and a rain-free evening. Lovely place to meet and get to know fellow pilgrims! Bed was comfortable. I would stay again!

This is a great place to stay in Arcade if you don’t want a super long day from Redondela to Pontevedra. You check in for the albergue at the Hotel Duarte next door. Both women at reception were nice and helpful. I thought the location was a bit far from supermarkets/farmacias but it’s a straightforward 10-minute walk to shops. Individual bed linens provided from individually wrapped bags, and the mattress is wrapped in plastic, so I felt very comfortable about cleanliness. Note that the women’s showers are 3 with no curtains - arrive early or coordinate with fellow pilgrims for privacy.

Easy check with large kitchen and communal area inside and out. Blanket and sheet provided.
I was ok but one lady got bedbugs. Dorm was full but pilgrims all respectful.
Open shower area, no cubicles.
Friendly host in next door hotel. Supermarket 5 mins.

Great experience, friendly staff . Hotel quality hotel sheets and blanket for Pilgrims. Good kitchen
and dining room. Totally recommend ❤️
