Pilgrims on the road and friends along the way send me changes every day, and they go out the same day. The Camino Portugués app carries all of it offline, and it's still being built — new features arrive routinely.

Oasis of Calm

Highly recommend. 30€ a night for a single bed. Complimentary snacks plus food and wine available for purchase through honesty box. The house was was clean, well equipped and the hosts very kind and generous. Very quiet village. Great nights sleep.

So wonderful

I stayed here on a day I felt very sick, nausea and had a really hard time walking. I found this place at about half the distance I wanted to make and so happy I did.
It’s a converted home and it’s really beautiful. The oranges provided were so delicious, bed comfortable and in a private room. You can hear the train nearby but just wear earplugs.

One note is there are tons of air fresheners around so if you are sensitive to fragrance be aware

Big Yes!

My initial thought was that this shouldn’t be Your first stop on the Camino as every place you stayed after this would be just a wee bit disappointing. Great place great value!

Outstanding

I stayed here on 9/4/25. Sonia the caretaker was sooo nice! 25 for a private room and such a beautiful comfortable home. Generously free items like coffee, fresh rolls. We stocked refrigerator to buy extras at vet reasonable prices, it was one of the best places on the entire trip Thank you
