Get the appThe original route through Bercianos passes through vineyards and chestnut trees and is the more scenic option from Tabara. The Iglesia de San Pelayo is here but the bar has closed, which means no services at all. Most pilgrims now take the alternative through Villanueva de las Peras instead. If you do come through here, carry what you need.
