Get the appFión is a small hamlet on the LU-P-5807 between O Camiño Grande and Diomondi. No services. The road through here has virtually no traffic.

At the crossroads for the miradoira Cabo do Mondo, there are benches beneath a oak tree.

Ate there today and took a picture of the hours as I couldn’t find them online but I don’t know know how to post it. The sign says lunch 13:30-16 and dinner 21:00-23:00

Torre Vilariño have great rooms and a restaurant with delicious menu del dia. This was a great way to break up the walk between monforte and Chantada. Highly recommend https://maps.app.goo.gl/8R6rpuwS6ubyoDRj9?g_st=ic

From the Castro in Vilariño there is a loop walk that includes a Romanesque church, a winery, and a lovely view of a loop of the Rio Miño. It's vey convenient if walking a short day from Monforte and stayingbin Torre Vilariño
