Get the appGoing into Larrasoaña isn't strictly necessary unless you're staying at the albergue or stopping for food. The camino proper runs along the opposite bank. If you've been following the road from Zubiri, you can cross the bridge into town or stay on the trail without descending.
If you do go in, the albergue is at the far end of the village. Retrace your steps to the bridge to rejoin the camino heading toward Pamplona.
