Pilgrims on the road and friends along the way send me changes every day, and they go out the same day. The Camino de Invierno app carries all of it offline, and it's still being built — new features arrive routinely.
Get the appAyegui has grown to merge with Estella and barely registers as a separate village. A few bars, a small park, and then you're through. The real interest lies ahead: the Fuente de Vino and the Monasterio de Irache are less than a kilometer away.
Watch for the arrows at the second roundabout, which direct you off the road and onto a track running uphill to the right, behind the commercial zone. At the end of town, blue arrow signs point downhill to the left — follow them, cross the main road, and continue toward the Fuente de Vino.

Nice coffee shop with great pinchos.

We had breakfast at a nice little store after the deviation. We went left I to town and they had coffee, fresh baked croissants and salami cold cuts. They also had fresh fruit like bananas, apples and oranges.

Please be warned that this is not a true pilgrim establishment. Not only is there no menu for pilgrims, the kitchen is closed on Sunday. Food for vacationers but bad for pilgrims.
