Convenient location, clean room, ok breakfast from 7.30am. Excellent

It was very good, I highly recommend it for the quality-to-price ratio with excellent hospitality. Good breakfast included.

This hostel was situated very close to the route just before you entered the city so I would advise to check where it is as you start to walk along the river. Our room of two bunk beds was spacious and clean and had a huge window with a great view. We caught a taxi into the city for our evening meal where there was a huge choice of restaurants. The shower and toilet facilities were generous in number and we had a very good breakfast before starting our walk.

Optamos por ficar em Ponte de Lima depois da nossa viagem de muitos kilometros de carro até aqui.
Somos um casal e escolhemos ficar num quarto para dois vom pequeno almoço incluído.
Wc era partilhado e um pouco distante do nosso quarto, mas limpo e com tudo quanto nos era necessário.
Um pouco barulheto.
Mas serviu o que precisávamos.
Pequeno almoço estava incluído e é variado e adequado so preço pago.
Recomendo.

It’s a bit off the track, rooms are very basic, breakfast way too late, and bathrooms are a little mouldy. Staff are friendly enough but checkin at 6pm makes life on the Camino challenging.

Although not the hostels fault - The entire place was booked out for a wedding with no pilgrim in sight.

This is a very functional hostal. I found it clean and pleasant. It’s more institutional looking, but we had a comfortable night

Fully equipped kitchen is microwave only. There wasn’t even a kettle to make tea ore coffee. No diner for us today, after a long hot day walking!

Breakfast starts at 8:30. Not pelgrim friendly, everyone is gone by then.

Great for fans of brutalism architecture. Showers are moldy, the toilets smell of urine, the room doors don't close when not locked, the WiFi isn't working, the whole place is desolate and depressing. Breakfast is not pilgrim friend, it only starts at 8.30.

Stayed in a 4-bed room upstairs: big window, nice view on the mountains. Basic but clean. Bathroom and showers excellent.

After Old Village hostel appear closed (booking reservation went successful, but the place was closed) I went here. It is really depressing and road is loud. Costs 31 euro for a bed in two bad room with shower outside (including 10% pilgrim discount). Breakfast included: two sandwiches, yogurt, orange and apple, which is quite nice.

This place is a bit depressing. And close to the highway.

4 par chambre, avec carte magnétique pour débarrer la chambre (j’ai dû aller au comptoir 2x pour la faire magnétiser) déjeuner inclus mais il te donne un sac déjeuner à apporter si tu te lèves tôt comme moi
