Pilgrims on the road and friends along the way send me changes every day, and they go out the same day. The Camino del Norte app carries all of it offline, and it's still being built — new features arrive routinely.

Opens at 12:00. Sweetest service. Lovely beds. Right in the center and yet set back 20 meters from the road. Great kitchen, common room, washing facilities. Clean and affordable. Top rating from me.

This place has everything. Plenty of beds spread out over many rooms. Great shower and bathroom facilities. Great kitchen with everything needed to make meals, and a lounge with massage chairs and a TV. Laundry facilities, both machines and hand wash. It’s close to everything but off the road from traffic noise. This is where all the Caminos finally meet so yes, it’s a pit stop and commercialised. Whoever complains about this place doesn’t get it. Well run albergue. 15 euro

This is a nice place, however I am not a fan of the unisex showers. Has two group of high school students staying and seems very wrong to have young girls showering in a stalls next to men in their 50/60/70.
The hosts were accommodating when I asked to use the handicapped bathroom as I was not comfortable showering with 16/17yr old boys in the same space.
Close to all things, restaurants and stores.
Was clean, kitchen and lounge area were great.

The lounge area and kitchen is always a plus for me in albergues. The facility was clean, the dorms were spacious and I appreciated the bathroom area being separated by gender. There was also a laundry area. Hostess was friendly and bilingual.

As mentioned in the overview of the town, the penultimate stop can seem overwhelmed by pilgrims, especially after a less crowded and touristic Camino del Norte.
This albergue reflects that. Despite great hosts, it still feels very utilitarian, like it is just churning pilgrims through. The bunks feel like they’ll tip over as you get up (especially for guys), the curtains are thin and let light through, which is annoying when cars drive past in the middle of the night, and the social/kitchen area feels like a windowless dungeon.
The showers are great though.

The alberghini is 6 years old but seems to be much nearer than that with a nice area for sitting and a decent kitchen. Dormitories large and it is away from the main road but only about 3 minutes away from restaurants and supermarkets. I used booking.com to reserve a place which was a nice thing to know at the end of the day, that I had a guaranteed bed.
