Another gem on the CP, book ahead for lovely rooms, food and excellent hosts and all at very reasonable rates. Just perfect after a long day walking, relaxed atmosphere and nothing is too much trouble

I don’t know where the previous commentator stayed but I suggest it wasn’t Casa da Puente. My bathroom had a ‘hip’ bath shower. In other words, deep enough to have a bath but not lie down. So not a wet room. The dinner was excellent. Caprese salad. Roast chicken with padrón peppers and fries. Ice cream and coffee. Wine, water or beer. Breakfast was pretty standard toast and jam, a mini muffin, coffee, orange juice. They will do your laundry for about €5 and make bocadillos or sandwiches ‘to-go’ for your packed lunch. Rooms are clean and well ventilated, bathroom is all open so you take a shower and all the bathroom is wet. Food is so bad that i had dinner and breakfast paid for but i left without having breakfast. Not worth it

Very friendly, good food, good room. Enjoyed spending my last night on the Primitivo here.

We also had the noodle soup, endless wine and beer and host spoke English. most accommodating. Basic and very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Modern Farmhouse feel and on the west side of Ferreira which is helpful for the next day travel on the Camino.
