Arrived hot and dusty into this vibrant family friendly seaside fish focussed town. Swimming choices galore, sandy beaches, stoney coves and lido like area, all life guarded. Better than bilbao for touristy pincho, fish and good value eating. All the kit a weary walker might need for feet and heat. Double room with shower, small without airconditioning (plug in fan instead) but perfectly located near old town. 115 euro was worth the stay for all the free swimming, churches, ‘people watching’ and the best ecclipse sight🌒🌚

great hostel. We knew going in to keep expectations low due to such an affordable stay. It had a bathroom that works and clean sheets. Not much more we can ask for.

Everything worked
Standard Pensión room size
No fan or air con meant very hot uncomfortable sleep
But, location is very good, i paid 59€

I like the location quite easy to get to very close to the Playa they let me check in early which was a nice thing to do
