Irresistible setting right on the lovely bridge with a swimming spot right there, but, they cram people into a very congested dorm. The bunk beds are too close together.. I'm 4 weeks down the way now. You'll get much better than this. It was full when I was there, and I bet it full every night because of its great location. Nice kitchen upstairs, though. Avoid if you can

Loved my stay here. I arrived hot and exhausted, and my host encouraged me to go for a dip in the river before showering and doing my laundry. It was the best advice ever! Beds were comfy, bathroom was spacious and clean, great kitchen facilities.

What can I say, I arrived without a reservation and the owner without any problem found me a truly comfortable accommodation. I thank the Hospitalero because he was kind and helpful! Thanks again

A really lovely place. Easy to find. Very clean and so nice to get clean towels and bed sheets. Plus a blanket. The shower is great and the host goes out of his way to help. I greatly recommend this Albergue.

Looked after so well by the host. Couldn’t do enough for you. Clean sheets, pillow case, pillow and towel waiting for you. Sleep to the sounds of the river out the window. Would definitely stay here again.

We arrived and swam (plunged) in the river. The river serenaded us all night. The 10 bunk run was spacious and the lockers for backpacks kept it functional. Fitted cotton sheets were a bonus. Highly recommended.

A bathroom that you can actually use without getting all your clothes wet.

Very nice, quiet and clean place. Give you a real towel and bed is made with pillow and sheet. Has extra blankets. Place for handwashing and drying. Nice kitchen (no oven) with a fireplace and place to be social.

If only every night could be like this one! Lovely host, lovely common area, clean, a fireplace with fire (it is November and so appreciated!) reasonable prices and quiet. Great location. Five stars!

This albergue is right in the bridge as you enter town. I was placed in a room with two bunk beds. There’s a locker for each bed and they even provided a towel! It has a wonderful, fully stocked kitchen as well.

Clean and tidy. The host was fantastic.
Great coffee around the corner open 6am and deli to buy cheese and bread for the walk.

We arrived with a pleasing welcome, and was shown to our room which contained 2 bunks, extremely clean place, bathrooms clean, large kitchen spotless, heating provided, great location, also if you're looking for a place to eat, there is a great hostel restauant down the end of the road towards the petrol station.

Very nice warm house, the only one open here now in January 24. Very clean, shampoo in the bathroom, drying room and washing machine and tumble dryer available.free Wi-Fi. Very kind

This albergue has towels which is a luxury on the camino. I liked that it's right next to the river where you can dip your sore feet. I missed having plugs for charging my phone next to the beds but everything was fine besides that

First albergue on the road into town, reasonable price, friendly/professional hospitalero, comfortable accommodations, big kitchen/dining area.

The Arga albergue is really nice. Don't worry if you see a sign out front that says they're full. Ring the bell and talk to the owner anyway and he's probably got a bed for you. Really convenient location to stroll down to the river and dip your fee in while getting beautiful pictures of the bridge.

Lovely albergue, right next to the river. Friendly host, place is clean and there is a kitchen so you can make your own food if you want. Basic breakfast was included when I stayed
