Nothing bad to say about the albergue itself, but I got plenty of bedbugs bites after one night stay. I hadn't seen any other review on this matter on 2026 so I thought the problem was solved, but it seems they have them back. Just to say, second camino and second time getting bed bugs bites just in Santiago at the end of it. Another (minor) unconvenience: rooms facing the street also face the ventilation system of the hotel in front, which at the time is very noisy when you open the windows to get some fresh air in the room (it was quite hot, yes)

Great place to stay after arriving into Santiago. Nice and clean, good bed and nice common area.

You can’t beat the location but it’s pricey. Also, there’s a large common area and it’s very social. Also the lower bunks and most upper bunks have privacy curtains but I did encounter bed bugs and found the bathrooms very dirty with the floors wet :(((

The location can’t be beat, but it is pricey. The facilities and staff are also great. Ladies’ bathrooms are on level one and men’s on level two, so if you want to be close to the bathrooms for during the night, maybe request accordingly.

This albergue has an extremely good location. Moreover, if it clean and the beds are good with separation and sheets. Reception/hospetaleros are very nice and helpful. A bit expensive, but worth the money!
