Old and Tired Hotel

Not a good experience here. We booked an air conditioned room with twin beds. The air conditioning didn’t work. We were repeatedly told to wait for it to cool the room. It didn’t work. Hours later, the hotel begrudgingly offered to move us to another smaller room with a double bed. We didn’t want to try and cram two big people into a double bed. We asked if they could bring a cot. No. Take it or leave it. Not good dollar value here. Staff is unhelpful and condescending.
