Pilgrims on the road and friends along the way send me changes every day, and they go out the same day. The Camino Portugués app carries all of it offline, and it's still being built — new features arrive routinely.

Incredible and wholesome albergue run by volunteers. My most favourite stop on the Camino! They do Dinner, Breakfast, a tour of the monastery, mass with pilgrim blessing. A place with real Camino spirit and heart. They don't accept pilgrims using luggage transfers. They haven't had so many pilgrims come lately, so skip Padrón and come here!

Worth the detour - great place to stay for a more authentic pilgrim experience. Very very comfy beds. Showers and loos are shared and small for the number of guests. Could do with a bigger area and separate for men and women communal meals were great for meeting others. The monastery tour was amazing. Unfortunately the hospitalero for my stay was very grumpy and unfriendly. - could do with a visit to charm school! Otherwise fabulous. Be ware that they open at 2.30 and not 4. You don’t want to do the detour and find no bed!

This wonderful place totally worth the detour. The mass and the guided visit was super interesting. The hospitaleros were super kind, they cooked a delicious meal for all of us, took pictures and had good chats with us. In the morning they also prepared breakfast. The place is super clean and well manteined, they do an amazing job. Thanks for the experience!

There is an old Covid closed sign but they are open. The shower is hot and they have WiFi. The host is so kind and the food is great. The grounds are really pretty and the walk to get to it is nice.

Due to Covid 19 fears, this Albergue is closed. I had planned to go there but during attempts to contact them about shipping my backpack ahead, I found out they are closed, as are any other Franciscan run accomodations.

This place is heaven. No really, it is nice and quiet. The best hostesses, they cooked up a storm and provided more than we deserve. Make the 3.1km count and go to this heavenly place, this is a life changer. God bless xxx
