Unless you like mediocre pizza and pasta with an expensive price tag go to alberque Palomar for the communal dinner at 7 instead. The room at La Morena is fine although the shower experience is marginal.

Yes, a bit more expensive than previous Albergues, but with clean white pressed pillow case and sheet, bottle of water on bed and even a chocolate on pillow (in dorm room). Pods are interesting entering from foot of bed but really cosy when you are set up and in (privacy curtains as well). Dinner nice food more like a restaurant than a pilgrim meal and breakfast buffet. Service friendly and professional. Happy to celebrate 1/2 way at this place. In

A humble nice place to stay, good friendly people, tasty food at the bar, one room has beds without bunks at the same price, first come first served.
A good place for a pilgrimage to get a good night’s sleep. Recommended.

6.30am breakfast super as we wanted to get out early. Even at breakfast there was a warm friendly atmosphere in the bar.

The bar here wanted €7 for a smoothie and Aquarius is 270 just so you know saw several people walking away including myself on here in prices of other items but then again there seems to be a lot of retired wealthy people walking so I guess prices for them.

We came for the pilgrims meal. 16euro. First course salad or pasta. Second course roast chicken or fish. The food was ordinary. The service was terrible. We ordered a bottle of vinontinto (not included in the meal price) and were charged 20eur!!!! Only part of the meal was served. We disputed the price and they ended up waiving the wine but honestly it was not worth the aggravation. I would not recommend.

Great private rooms and dorm (which ever is your preference). Food and service good as well. Recommend!

Many tour groups stay here and it’s easy to see why. We went to the other Bar/alburgue for drinks 2€ vs 4:50€ at La Morena but the pilgrims dinner price was better value at LM. It really is a little slice of heaven in an otherwise non de script little town.

Lovely stop, great food, private pods. Moisturizer and hand wash! Lovely lawned area with deck chairs! Can highly recommend

Over priced for dorm bunks. Drinks over priced too. Roll on the morning so I can leave it behind. Bunks are designed to upset punters. At 20.50€ each awful value

Wow what a great place! We stayed in a private room, ate a fantastic pilgrim meal, had drinks at night on the patio, and enjoyed great hospitality!

Don’t use this app in ledigos

From Ledigos to Terradillo, the green dots on the app don’t match the current official trail marked by yellow arrows, although you get to Terradillo anyways.

This albergue was very nice and had great vibe. The rooms were clean and staff was kind and friendly. The only improvement would be a stronger internet connection.

Beautiful - packets of foot cream on the bed - what attention to detail! Delightful!

The green dots on this app were confusing. The path delineated by the Camino signage were easier to follow. There added confusion by this app on this stretch only.
