Get the appA small village on the shorter variant route between Cea and Castro Dozón. It has a bar and a pharmacy -- the pharmacy being unexpectedly useful given how few services exist on this stretch. If you're on the Piñor route, this is your best chance to stock up before Castro Dozón.
Continue through the hamlet towards Fontelo. The waymarking on this variant can be spotty -- pay attention at junctions and don't assume the path is obvious.
