Private room in mill house

Our private room in the mill house was small but had the most character of any place we had stayed in over 3 weeks; stone interior walls including in the shower, hewn wood beams, intriguing porcelain light switches, quaint windows etc. Dinner was delicious (traditional Galician and lentil soups, salad, meatballs in sauce, rice, custard for dessert). There were 11 at dinner. At 3.30am we think there was a mouse attempting to open our crackers packet (old house would be impossible to seal like a modern home) so moving the food off floor of bedroom solved that. Handwashing cold water outdoor laundry tubs and lots of clothesline space with pegs provided.

Great stay

Had a wonderful pilgrim dinner here with the other guests. The outdoor area was a lovely sun trap, and they have a cat.

The best!

3 of us arrived, soaking wet from hiking all day in the rain. Hostess Anna welcomed us so warmly, showed us our 2 bunk bed room, washed our dirty
Clothes, served me hot tea, and fixed a delicious dinner all while telling funny jokes. We did pay for the washed clothes and tea and dinner, but Anna and her husband are delightful. Their Albuergue is clean and small (not 100’s of beds). Anna is so helpful! Book at Alb. Casa Domingo!

Beat stay on the Camino

The family traditions here are on display everywhere at this slburgue. The hardworking owners were very kind. The indoor and outdoor areas are wonderful places to relax. The food was great. The bunks were very comfortable. The bathroom and showers are very clean. My wife and I highly recommend staying here!
