Move On!

I stayed in Casanova and left before the bar there opened. I stopped at the little cafe/bar on the left entering Campanella. Ordered a coffee Americano and and empanada. 6,30 euro for a weak, lukewarm coffee and an empanada that was cold and stale. It must have been a day old or longer. Nauseous afterwards and I have a cast iron stomach. Go to the next village.

Tried to order a insalada mixta after 4 people in front of me did and she said No🥲. Keep going to the next town !

Great stop! Prices were fair

We were ready for a stop, I had queso and chorizo, large fresh pressed orange juice, and a canned iced tea all for 8 Euros. I wasn’t able to finish the cheese and queso because it was a generous serving so they wrapped the leftovers to go!

The most expensive coffee

I paid 4 € for a little Café con leche grande and a very small piece of cake

The cafe was open today, 1 October

It was fully open, had a delicious ensalada mixta. Pilgrims seated outside under the tent and in the field across the road. Bathrooms open and clean.

Campanilla Cafe closed on 29 March

This cafe was closed on 29 March, but there is a bench out front to sit if you need to fix your feet and a vending machine with cokes if you're really in need of sugar and energy.
