Private room with bathroom was in such a deplorable state. Floor was damaged. Mounted hairdryer was coming off the wall. My wife didn’t dare to use it just in case that it would drop off. Side railing hangar completely dropped to pieces on the floor when I tried to hang something on it. Room was next to road, noisy and terribly hot. They did not put a fan for our use. Yet we receive emails telling us to leave the room as it is. Otherwise damages charged to our account thru booking.com. We took precautions to highlight all damaged areas when we checked in before they put the blame on us!!!
