We arrived completely wet from a day of hard rain and took the double room. The owner gave us a dehumidifier. Our clothes dried completely, the bed was very comfortable and in the morning we decided to start a little late to have the 7:30 breakfast. it was the right call. The breakfast is excellent, including freshly made coffee with a proper espresso machine! it felt like a little vacation in the middle of the Camino.

It‘s a very beautiful place where you can relaxe. Rooms with 2, 4 or 6 beds, everything very modern and clean.
Breakfast is available for 7 €, starting at 7:30.
Very friendly welcome and help if it‘s needed. I was lucky to stay for 2 nights.

Lovely Albergue, nice view out the back.
Note;
1. You check in at the adjacent hotel, not the albergue.
2. The albergue is not in the town centre it’s a good 15 minute walk up a hill. Not what you want at the end of a stage.

I agree with the many positive reviews. One of my favourite places on the Camino so far. Nice to sit outside on the terrace and enjoy the view of the green area around.

We loved this alburgue . Such good facilities and a lovely garden. Hosts were helpful but discreet. Lovely homely kitchen and seating area. Recommend

Very nice and clean place in quiet area, not far from city center, close to Lidl and next to Camino route.

The albergue is nice, kitchen, multiple showers and bathrooms, 15€ + 5€ for the optional breakfast. Unfortunately the location is awful, on one side the “highway”, on the other an amazing hill view. Still, it’s at the end of the city and except for the Lidl there is nothing at all. If the next day you want to have breakfast not in the albergue but on the way there are 2-3 pastalaria-panadaria on the way going to the road that catches the camino again, it’s maybe a 2-3 km walk (on the left side of the “highway”)

Nice setting. Quiet and peaceful. Has all you need for a good stay. Supermarket only a short walk away. Great kitchen and cooking facilities.

A lovely and large complex with both a residential hotel and the albergue. Wonderful kitchen, patio, laundry.

I can say the comments below are still accurate, I can really recommend this Albergue. The woman in the reception was so nice to put me in a room for my self because there where so few people. The garden is a great place to relax in after a long and hot walk😀🚶🏼♀️🌞

Lovely albergue with bunks in various rooms so it feels nice. Clean rooms and bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen, cool and comfy lounge, nice terrace. You have to walk another 1km when you get to Agueda, which is tough on a hot day after a long walk, but well worth it. They offer a takeaway food service with good variety and huge portions, which you order through reception by 6pm for delivery at 7:30pm. Also a Lidl 200m away. My only down point is the barking dogs till after midnight - take earplugs if that bothers you :)

Great place! Clean, very well organised and all services just work as they should to be a real help for pilgrims. Lidl close by is a good relief for vegetarians like me trying to put some decent food in the body :)

Best albergue, for all my camino from lisbon. Big space, garden, living room, full kitchen, clean bath. Lidl is super near. Ideally for cooking there. You can also buy breakfest for 5e, which is amazing

We had a lovely time here! This albergue was the best one since Lisbon. Very nice staff, clean bathrooms, well equiped kitchen, garden and lovely terrase. Also supermarket very close. Its better to visit Águeda before you reach this albergue because its a bit far away and also you wont have to leave this lovely place!
