BED BUGS ALERT!

Between 24 and 25 June 2025

I arrived at the albergue yesterday (24.06.2025) in the afternoon, sleep in the bed n 9 in the afternoon and in the evening I had 17 bites mark. I did not think much of it tbh, I thought it was an allergic reaction to sweat. I had slept on the bed with just the white lines they provided me, as I was washing my sleeping bag.

This morning 25.06.2025 I wake up with at least 20 or more bites, and decided to go to the Hospital. There they confirmed my fear. I had BED BUGS bites. (The nurses and doctors treated me very well).

They I had back to the hostel to let them know about it. So they could have made some arrangements.
I was treated really bad. I have been told it was all my fault, that I brought them with my backpack.

I felt miserable, not only I had to lose a day of walking due to the bed bugs but I was called out for being the person who bought them there.
Please be careful!

Very small dorm

The cheapest in town (8€) but for this price you get to sleep in a crammed 24p dorm with barely any power outlets. The heating works very well though, and the showers are hot and functional. No real atmosphere but ok for one night.
