We stayed in the hotel portion of the facility and were very disappointed. The price for the room was very inflated for a tiny room with a crammed bathroom. There was a head splitting noise for most of the late afternoon. We stayed in room 109. Stay away from that for sure!!
The only positive thing to say is that the air conditioning worked. The staff was almost as chilly...

A wonderful stay along the Camino at Hotel Jakue. After a long day of walking, the hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and a perfect place to rest and recharge. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and quiet, and the overall atmosphere felt very pilgrim-friendly. The food and hospitality were especially appreciated, and the location made it easy to enjoy beautiful Puente la Reina and continue the journey the next morning. I’m very grateful for the experience and would gladly recommend Hotel Jakue to other pilgrims.
