Pilgrims on the road and friends along the way send me changes every day, and they go out the same day. The Camino Francés app carries all of it offline, and it's still being built — new features arrive routinely.

Nice association albergue

I loved my stay at ANFAS! Nice, cool dorm room with windows and fans. Excellent kitchen and laundry facilities (only €3 to use the washing machine!).

THEY HAVE FANS!!

Large bunk room is on the main floor, which helps keep the heat down. Big windows to open for air flow. And two fans! It was just me and one other pilgrim, so we each got one. Best sleep so far.

One of my favs!

The staff was incredibly helpful, especially, Juan, who showed me around when I checked-in. I didn’t interrupt him, and let him speak his great English. I love that Anfas is run by people who prioritise inclusion, and staffed by people with intellectual disability, or developmental disorders.

The place was large, the showers were spacious, and the kitchen had everything.

Lovely hidden gem

Came here because the first albergue in town was full, and I was very pleasantly surprised. It was open despite the app saying it was closed until May, very pleasant beds and pillows, full kitchen, and best of all - free washer and dryers. All that for 12 euros, what a bargain

4. August 2023 - 12:56

Quiet albergue

It seems like most other pilgrims go to another albergue in the town, so we were only a few here, which was nice and quiet. I like that I support an organisation that helps people with intellectual disabilities by staying here

Late May 2023

My husband and I stayed there 1 night. Everyone was very nice. Facility very nice. The only negative is the person on the bottom bunk catches their hair constantly on the underside of the top bunk. A higher top bunk, and the use of slats (boards to support the mattress) would significantly help protect against constantly getting your hair hooked into the underside, and pulled out (OUCH).
My only other recommendation is that when we left (we were the last to leave but about 20-30 minutes before the posted deadline), a worker literally came to stand 8-10 feet away from our bunk to stare at us--then followed us and stood over us as we put our boots on. We could understand the worker doing this, but what was shocking is that the supervising teacher came to stand by the worker to do the same thing (instead of explaining why that behavior could be unnerving to the person they are standing over and staring at)!!!

It was so pleased to find this albergue very nice people they offer us a glass of fresh water and said seat and have a rest, the best of the Camino is to find this kind of humans. Fresh and nice place also, nice kitchen and showers.
