I discovered bedbugs in my bed in room 104 last night at 11PM. Tried to call the establishment and someone answered who pretended not to understand me. I tried to get help from Booking and they were unable to help because the hotel would not respond. Fortunately my pack was well away from the beds but I had put a pile of clean laundry on there before going to dinner so I had to try to wash all of my clothes at midnight. I attempted to use their washer and it just took my 2 euros but didn’t work. I had nowhere to sleep, it was cold in the lobby, so I wound up taking the chair cushions from the lobby and sleeping on the floor of my room as far away from the beds as I could get. The worst part is that when the owners came in the next morning they completely denied that there were bedbugs. I have photos and video and we found two as we were inspecting the bed which they just brushed off the bed and insisted “no hay” bedbugs. I never write bad reviews but this was a horrible experience.

Nice, clean & comfortable. Price was 65 euro for double/private. Kinda a rigamarole making the reservation over the phone (language issues & wanted credit card number to hold). But overall nice place.

Stayed here September 2021. Just down the street from the church and right off the Camino. Lovely and modern rooms with good wi fi. High quality bed linens and climate control in each room. About the same price as other places I’ve stayed but this place offers much higher quality. Highly recommend.
