Albergue Los Templarios

Upsides:
I stayed in a private room and found the location convenient, although it’s outside the village, so there are no services within walking distance. The next town is only 3 km away and makes for an easy stop for breakfast. Ledigos, 2.5 km before the albergue, also has a grocery shop if you need supplies. The following stage is straightforward and well served.

The bocadillos are generous and worth recommending. Lunch or dinner costs €16 and includes two courses plus a simple dessert. The food was good quality, although the menu choices were somewhat limited.

Nuria at reception is lovely and very welcoming.

Downsides:
The walls are quite thin, so noise from neighbouring rooms and the building itself carries easily.

I paid €47 for a private room with a bathroom, but the facilities are very basic and breakfast is not included. I found it expensive for what it offers. That said, as I’ve continued along the Camino, I’ve realised that prices are generally higher than expected for fairly basic accommodation, so this may simply be in line with the current standard.

The price for a bed is 18 euro, pilgrims dinner is 16, as pr may 2026

I stumbled into here as it's the first building you come to as you walk in. Fabulous - I have a room with three beds and its own bathroom and nobody sharing it! Some roof creaks - it's just as the sun moves over it. Menu del día good too.

Per quest’ostello, vale la pena di continuare oltre Ledigos. Struttura curata, camere pulite, e soprattutto un’accoglienza impeccabile. La cena molto buona. Prossimo cammino, ci torniamo sicuramente!

I can't believe what some people complain about.
The albergue isn't an old
style albergue.
It is modern with great facilities.
The beds are comfortable.
Showers are good.
Food is tasty.
What more does a pilgrim need.

In most measures, the place was fine, but there is one issue that, if known before, I would have chosen a different albergue. The roof creaks and cracks LOUDLY all day and night! It sounds like objects are falling on the roof, but there are no trees or anything else near the building to account for the noise. Is it poor construction, and the roof is settling? I have no idea! It isn't second floor noise because there is no second floor!

This is an oasis, it is a perfect place to actually stop and rest. The town is small so not much to see. We didn’t leave the grounds. We were well
looked after. All beds are low beds (no bunks).
Dinner was great value and they don’t force the three course pilgrims meal - you can choose and entre, a main or the full three course pilgrim meal.

We really enjoyed this place, recommend for all pilgrims. ❤️🥰💯😀

It wasn’t open but they were kind enough to give us a sell. Would definitely stay on a subsequent visit

I was so happy to find a bed here in this clean and airy albergue. Maria Antonia greeted me warmly, introduced me by name to Neide, the staff member who walked me to my room. Five single beds, nicely spaced, with our own two showers with ample hot water, two toilets, three sinks. Our room was on the west side of the building and the cloudy evening turned sunny—no way to darken the room, but I have my eye mask.
Laundry is outside in a spacious, if rudimentary setup. Maria Antonia gave us, without asking, as many clothespins as we needed. Ample drying space on a windy day. Highly recommend.

Nice staff, food is good too. But that is it. This hostel is made to make the most money for the littlest effort. Rooms are ok but very noisy, the whole building is making ticking and banging noises the whole night trough.

Breakfast is late: 7.30 and there is no one just 1 minute earlier.

No kitchen, no bed covers provided, washing and drying outside only (can't use in the rain and their washing facilities are more expensive than other albergues). Nice bar, shower and toilet conveniently in the rooms, the room is 4 ppl which is great.

Very short phonecall. No reservations possible.

I was able to book a double room at the last minute and the accommodations are clean and comfortable. No TV, which made a great opportunity for catching up on my reading. The service at the bar is excellent. Dinner is at 8 PM, but I was able to still get a meal after 8:30 PM. The building is new and they have laundry service.

Such a tranquil position in a relaxing setting.
Paid 20 Euros for a single room with a bathroom and the room was inviting and spotless.
The staff were gracious and helpful. My salad serving was ample and filling.
Highly recommended for a place to stay

Really good rooms and service
However the food was horrendous with almost to none vegetarian options or accommodation for allergies.
