I booked this based on the description given. Although in a great location right on the Camino Centrale, and a very quiet night in a large en-suite room, it wasn’t the experience hoped for. 1. a job to find it! Not very signed signed, easy to miss as I walked straight past! 2. No meet and greet (due to Covid). Key code entry and another fir the key box. Place in darkness. Never saw another soul - guest or staff. Quite creepy! Don’t let this put you off Porto - it’s a fantastic city and for other restaurants, bars and hotels seem to be ‘business as normal’ with plenty of sanitation procedures in place.
