Camino Francés app

Pilgrims on the road and friends along the way send me changes every day, and they go out the same day. The Camino Francés app carries all of it offline, and it's still being built — new features arrive routinely.

Nice facility. Some drawbacks too though.

Bright and inviting. Close to markets and supermarkets and right on the Camino path. You get bed linens and a blanket. They want all your things in an assigned locker to protect from bed bugs. No hand washing option for clothing. Also, can only book through Booking.com. Gabriel the front desk person is super nice. The front room with kitchen and hang out area gets hot. Not a lot of air flow in the place.

For me, not so great

I made sure I was there before it opened so I could get a bottom bunk - no chance 😞. The top bunk has no shelf of any kind so I ended sleeping with my glasses, water bottle, medicine, etc all in bed with me. No where to put toiletries, so I'm sure I woke people up going into my locker at night. 🤷‍♀️

I was also refused a lower bunk despite many empty ones.

I also had a foot injury that made climbing into an upper bunk hazardous. Rigidly stupid and beyond belief.

Mostly good....but.

Spent three nights at 23€ per night.
Sleeping in tin boxes gets very warm.
Nowhere to dry wet clothes... Galicia rains a lot.
The constant synthetic jazz is irritating.
I was refused a bottom bunk even though plenty available....can't mess up flow charts.
Wouldn't stay again.....plenty of other options.

Best night’s sleep yet

We stayed here while in Santiago for one night. It was THE BEST sleep we had our entire Camino. We’ll definitely be back!!

Very Nice place

Realy friendly host, good beds, everything clean, hot showers and 200m from a busstation to the airport.
