My son booked through booking.com. So we did not get “code” on WhatsApp to get keys in key safe box. We arrived late (around 9:30pm), no receptionist, could not get in the hotel only because we did not know this system, apparently. Other guests who happened to come out helped us and my son got WhatsApp contact. Once owner came after getting touch with him on this WhatsApp number, everything went so smooth, room was clean, lots of welcome amenities incl slippers and bottles of water. Carlos who was the family of this hotel business was extremely kind and lovely. Laundry, numerous cafes, super market, bakery…. Everything was on your door step and almost on Camino.
It located on the back street of the central of town, so if you do not like town noise (Spanish eat late) you may be bothered by the noise tincy-wincy. But because of the central it is super convenient, on the other hand.

It’s a base place to lay your head, probably too expensive for what you get. Plus side is that it’s convenient to everything else you may need. Wonderful bakery right around the corner. Spent a little money at the confectionery shop by the cathedral, it is over the top!

I stayed one night when my first preference was booked out. Its a little dingy with no staff/owner on site..he just comes & collects the money. Its has no atmosphere & is furnished with heavy dark furniture...adding to its bleakness.
It was expensive, not comfoftable & I was glad to lea ve.
Not recommended after a day of walking.

Don’t stay here! The room was nice but the neighbours were noisy. They moved furniture around at midnight. One man was caughing 24/7. You could hear the TV in the middle of the night
