Gorgeous coastal area

This place is pretty basic but clean and welcoming. But well worth it for the coastal area at the back. You can't see it from the hostel exactly but there is a small path along the cliff edge if you walk along the path leading from the back of the albergue. 1 shower and 1 toilet for all the ladies but wasn't really an issue. The bedroom door yes is squeaky and interesting bunk bed ladders but worth it for the coastal location. They have an unusual checking in at the only supermarket in the town where you can get a pilgrim meal to go haha. Quite charming. Gorgeous beach walk in the morning. Didn't see how to use the washing machine unfortunately but hand washed instead.

Don‘t expect too much

For 10,50 € it‘s ok. However, they should really fix the squeaky doors with some Ballistol and put some felt gliders between beds/ladders. And there is not enough toilet paper. Simple things that would change a lot …

Even if they say they‘re „locking“ the door at 20:30 – how?! Pilgrims always need to get out so you shouldn‘t be worried.

Lovely!

I don’t know what people expect for 10€ but this place is in a great location and the host is really kind.

Nice

We were worried because of previous reviews but found the host to be very helpful and kind. It is a touch crowded but given that every bed was full and two extra mats were brought out the night we were there due to demand. I don’t mind a little crowded so more people can stay. One shower and one toilet per gender is also a little tight but it worked out.

Terrible place

Toilet paper and soap is missing. Place is crowded with small windows. Nice kitchen but no way to safely clean the dishes. Stay away.

Good spot on the Camino

The place is cozy, has an okay kitchen, it is warm and beds are okay. Not the most clean albergue. Only 1 lady shower and 1 wc.
Toilet paper is a problem ( like other pilgrims commented).. as there is very little so make sure you have some supply.
Breakfast if usual Spanish cake, white bread jam and juice.. decaf coffee pods only..v basic.

Could be better

Not the best, but not the worst albergue. For 20 pilgrims we were given two rolls of toilet paper, no bathroom soap, one loaft of bread for breakfast and a handful of power outlets. The sign advising to check in at the supermarket is only if you get there before lunchtime. Otherwise you just have to wait outside until the caretaker is finished cleaning, she won't let you in to use the bathroom either. No blankets, but after closing all the windows and putting on all your warm clothes it's bareable. The pilgrims meal at the supermarket is great value, thre course meal with a drink and bread.

Not that bad!

The accommodation wasn’t that bad. I had very low expectations, but the place is clean. In August it was very cold at night, and if you don’t have anything to cover yourself with, it’s tough because they don’t give you any blanket. But still, 8 euro :)

Really bed hospitality.

The host came at 21 and woke up as from beds to do check-in. Place is super cold. Bathroom is really dirty. Hospitality on really low level. Mold on walls.

Nice Space for Many

Greeted by friendly host. One large clean room with comfortable bunks. Large kitchen and outdoor space for socializing. A few restaurants and one small store nearby. Nice breakfast.

Clean, spacious, basic but comfortable

Spacious bunk room. Decent bath and shower facilities. Quiet, on the edge of town.
