Pilgrims on the road and friends along the way send me changes every day, and they go out the same day. The Camino del Norte app carries all of it offline, and it's still being built — new features arrive routinely.

Better than expected

The view is beautiful. Lots of nice restaurants and a supermarket nearby.
The room is good.
The pension is in a nice olde building and there is a bar downstairs.

Get what’chya pay for

This was a pretty basic place. The barkeeper was initially gruff at my broken Spanish, but eventually softened up a little bit to lead me up to the very basic and slightly rundown hotel room. The beds are average, although you do get sheets and a pillow. But then again it is a private room with your own bathroom for €30.
