Pay little, get little

We arrived at 19:30 paying €15 to sleep in a dorm that looks more like a barn, insufficient cleanliness, microwave and refrigerator and sink. Hot water and toilet paper positive

Bath was great

Great stay but didn’t enjoy the pilgrims meal . Very bland

Last minute cancellation

Booked and confirmed with a credit card and still get canceled. We have already arrived and started our Camino and get a message saying accommodation has been canceled because they are full! We booked in March and they weren’t full then so what’s going on. Can’t comment on quality of accommodation but communication and organisational skills are non existent. Didn’t have the courtesy to answer me directly had to go through booking.com even though I reached out through Whatapp. No recommendations here.

Best place so far

The owners were extremely nice. Large old stone house. Food was amazing. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast here. Nice seating area in garden for pilgrims to gather. Laundry. Bar on site. We felt so welcomed and comfortable here. Recommend this place!

Delicious food and friendly hosts!

This historic old house has a lot of character. The owners were very nice, including the two border collies. The dinner was delicious- chicken and potatoes grilled in the outdoor wood burning oven. My bed was very comfortable. Shower was small, but lots of hot water. Highly recommend!

Highly Recommended

Greeted warmly and room ready. Gorgeous renovated old stone house. We had a double on the first floor. View of the valley. Ensuite shower had a shower massager!!

But dinner…..yummy! I had lasagne with local tomatoe and zucchini. The highlight was dessert. Baked cheesecake. The best I have ever had. Melt in your mouth light and fluffy!

Stayed here April 14th 2022. The room as great, clean with a double bed. Dinner was delicious for €13 and so was breakfast

Stayed March 2022

I also booked with booking.com but I provided a credit card to secure a room. We arrived on a cold day, the place was warm, the chef gave us a tapas. The food is extremely good, the room/ bed comfortable. The shower is great too. I would stay here again.

I made reservations on

I made reservations on Booking.com. When I arrived, the woman owner said she did not have a record of our reservation. I gave her the reservation number and date I made the reservation but she shrugged her shoulders and said that Booking.com is not reliable. She said we could not stay at Papasol because they were full.
She made a few calls and found us a private room nearby. I asked if it had a private bath like we reserved at Papasol. She said there was a bathroom across the hall that was exclusively for us. It was not. DO NOT STAY HERE!
